The Tau FIT Program aims to improve the overall wellness of the Tau Lady.  Its main focus is to provide useful information within the organization that will inspire members to live a balanced life physically, financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

​Through our Tau Cares program, Tau Alpha Delta will continue to foster meaningful community partnerships that provide opportunities for its members to continue to work towards the overall mission and vision of the organization, thereby impacting women globally.

​The TAD Seed Impact Fund is an award that helps to provide financial support for a woman to realize a goal in the areas of personal development, entrepreneurship, education, or ministry.  Currently, nominations for the TAD Seed Impact Fund are accepted once per year.
